BOOKING PROCESS
Submit your booking request using the form on the Booking page. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours outlining your shoot details and deposit link. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total shoot fee is required to secure your date. The deposit is deducted from your final balance, which is due on the day of the shoot. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the link being issued, your slot will be released.
TURNAROUND TIME
Edited images are delivered within 3–5 working days of your shoot via a private wetransfer gallery. Next-day delivery is available at an additional £15. This includes 10 fully edited images delivered the following day, with the remainder delivered within the standard timeframe.
EDITED & UNEDITED IMAGES
Every shoot includes 30 fully edited images selected by PHOTODIG. All unedited files from your session are included at no extra cost. Additional edits beyond the standard selection can be requested and are priced separately.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. One rescheduled date is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit and may incur an additional fee depending on preparation already completed.
USAGE & RIGHTS
PHOTODIG retains the right to use images from your shoot for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless a written agreement stating otherwise is made prior to the shoot. If you require full exclusivity over your images, please discuss this before booking. A separate licensing fee may apply.
